I ordered a new born box prior to my baby arriving and unfortunately some of the products had expired prior to her due date. I reached back out to milestone and they informed me when she arrived, make notification and I would be receiving another box. They kept their word and even extended me an amazing offer! My family and I received free tickets to attend a baby event in my area focused on knowledge and free products which was amazing! Milestones staff are very accommodating, understanding and welcoming.
